Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a multi party framework agreement for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 1 year solely at the discretion of Dublin City Council, for the supply on lease hire with maintenance of vans, chassis cab pick-ups and mini buses to Dublin City Council. The framework agreement will be established on foot of this tender competition. Dublin City Council will admit between 3 and 5 firms to the framework. It is anticipated that Dublin City Council will have an initial requirement for approximately 194 vehicles on lease hire with maintenance in 2017. Requirements in subsequent years may be for smaller numbers and will be procured through the framework. Tenders are invited for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for 5 years of approximately 80 No. small panel vans with single cab, short wheel base, volume 2.9 m3 and payload >560 kg. Tenders are invited for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for 5 years of approximately 14 No. small panel vans with single cab, long wheel base, volume 3.6 m3 and payload >560 kg. Tenders are invited for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for 5 years of approximately 63 No. medium panel vans with single cab, front wheel drive, volume 6 m3 and payload >850 kg. Tenders are invited for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for 5 years of approximately 7 No. large panel vans with single cab, long wheel base, rear wheel drive, high roof, load volume 15 m3 and payload 1 000 kg. Tenders are invited for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for 5 years of approximately 3 No. chassis cab pick-up trucks with single cab, 3 500 kg GVM, rear wheel drive, medium wheel base and payload 1 000 kg. Tenders are invited for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for 5 years of approximately 8 No. chassis cab pick-up trucks with single cab, 3 500 kg GVM, rear wheel drive, medium wheel base, payload 1 000 kg and end tipping. Tenders are invited for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for 5 years of approximately 2 No. chassis cab pick-up trucks with single cab, 4 700 kg GVM, rear wheel drive, long wheel base, payload 2 500 kg and end tipping. Tenders are invited for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for 5 years of approximately 15 No. chassis cab pick-up trucks with crew cab, 3 500 kg GVM, rear wheel drive, long wheel base, payload 1 000 kg, end tipping and tail lift.
