Tender description

We want to pilot positive behaviour champions in Midlands prisons who are skilled in preventative and motivational approaches to encourage positive behaviour in learners and provide a source of advice to staff. We also want to pilot conflict management approaches by training both prison staff and learners in strategies to support each other and provide ambassadorial leads across prisons.
