Cork ETB is seeking tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of Loose Furniture and Equipment for a new Science Laboratory and Preparation Room at Scoil Mhuire, Ballingeary, Co. Cork The tender is divided into the following seven lots.  Lot 1: Loose Furniture  Lot 2: Science Laboratory (Basic Science) Equipment List  Lot 3: Science Laboratory (Resource) Equipment List  Lot 4: Science Laboratory (Data Collection) Equipment List  Lot 5: Science Laboratory (Chemistry) Equipment List  Lot 6: Science Laboratory (Physics) Equipment List  Lot 7: Science Laboratory (Biology) Equipment List Tenders must be delivered to the postal address below. Tenders delivered by hand or post must be delivered in sealed package(s). The package must be marked with the RFT Title and the word “Confidential”. Tenderers must clearly set out a return address on the Tender package. Tenders submitted by fax will NOT be accepted. The nominated address is: CORK EDUCATION AND TRAINING BOARD, 21 LAVITT’S QUAY, CORK, IRELAND. Tenders must be received not later than 12 noon on Friday 10th February, 2017 (the “Tender Deadline”). Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this competition. Please note that Cork ETB reserves the right to break down the Lots. Cork ETB reserves the right not to award this tender We expect the new laboratory will be completed at the end of February 2017, so we would expect delivery and installation as soon as possible by arrangement with the School Principal, Mr. Seán Óg Ó Duinnín. However, if there is a delay with the handover date, we will notify the successful tenderer(s) as soon as possible. Cork ETB will issue one purchase order to the successful tenderer(s) for each lot. The successful tenderer(s) will issue one invoice for each order once all deliveries have been completed satisfactorily.
