Tender description
At present a requirement exists for a Technical Review and Business Case for the Irish National Weather Buoy Network (INWBN). The INWBN is a critical national infrastructure and as it reaches 18 years of operation an independent review is required to: 1. Technical Review (Lot 1) Assess the current technical status and performance of the network and determine options for improved future performance, reliability and sustainability. 2. Business Case (Lot 2) To develop a Business Case for the INWBN including stakeholder and evolving requirements mapping, cost-benefit analysis and options for funding models to deliver a sustainable and effective network into the future.
