Tender description

This notice is to advise that Kingdom Housing Association has contracted with Lochay Homes to build affordable housing at Harbour View, Alloa. The contract will start in 2017/18 and complete during financial year 2018/19. Kingdom Housing Association, working in partnership with Clackmannanshire Council, is in the process of delivering new affordable housing throughout Clackmannanshire and these new properties form part of that delivery programme. It is a requirement of the site purchase that the design and build contract is awarded to Lochay Homes. This contract can only be awarded to this particular operator therefore Kingdom has used the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.
