Tender description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands and East (North Midlands) would like to invite providers to attend a Market Engagement Event which will inform the market of their intentions to procure four separate contracts for School Aged Immunisation Services across; Lot 1 - Shropshire: — Lot 2 Staffordshire (North and South); — Lot 3 Nottinghamshire (including the City); — Lot 4 Derbyshire (including the City).. The Market Engagement Event will be held on 29.9.2017, 13:30 hrs in Derby. Further information will be circulated to delegates once the registration process closes on the 25.9.2017 at 9:00. Please see section VI.3 Additional Information for details on how to express an interest for the Market Engagement Event (29.9.2017). The aim of the service is to deliver immunisation services to all eligible children in school and other settings where appropriate. The service should provide a dynamic, high performing, safe, effective and dedicated immunisation service that encompasses the immunisation programmes. The service should engage all children and young people and their parents and should be well known to the community it serves. Immunisations to be included are: o Meningococcal C (MenC) — containing vaccine (Meningitis ACWY) Immunisation Programme Year 9 and Year 10 School Cohorts o Human Papillomavirus Virus (HPV) Immunisation Programme Year's 8 and 9 School cohort years o TD/IPV (Teenage Booster)Immunisation Programme Year 9, Year 10 and Year 11 School Cohort Years o Seasonal influenza immunisation programme for children (AGE) Reception to Year 4 School Aged Years. The aim of the service is to deliver immunisation services to all eligible children in school and other settings where appropriate.
