The service will be for young people up to the age of 18 where an offence/s has been committed or where the young person is identified as being at risk of becoming involved in offending behaviour. The early and effective intervention (EEI) service provided will adhere to Aberdeenshire GIRFEC processes and practices, where the action planning model is central to success and positive outcomes for young people.
