Tender description

The HSCB wishes to tender for a service to Promote the Educational Attainment of Looked After Children in Foster Care, to promote opportunities for education and learning (both formal and informal) to improve foster children's educational outcomes and promote resilience to contribute to their future economic wellbeing and independence. The service will be available to all foster children, based on their assessed need, from 3 months before commencing formal education, continuing until foster care ceases to be their preferred placement. The HSCB is developing the specification for this service and wishes to complete a market soundings in advance of the finalisation of same. An open market engagement meeting will be held on 26.9.2017 at 10:00 in NICVA, 61 Duncairn Gardens to gain a clear understanding of available services and gauge the level of interest in the provision of the Services. Interested suppliers should confirm attendance to the email address in section I.1. before 22.9.2017.
