Tender description

This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: Publication and call for competition will be conducted once scope of work is fully defined and approved. The programme will be delivered in East, West and Southern Africa and will (i) continue to improve the transparency and predictability of rules regulating regional food trade; (ii) support private sector led structured trade solutions, aggregation and processing of food crops and (iii) build farmers' resilience to produce and sell more every year, including linking them to more efficient markets. It is a regional programme with a multi country focus. The prioritisation of countries will be determined by a function of (1) strategic intent based on work performed by the strategy and programmes management delivery unit and also (2) demand from countries.
