Tender description

The University is looking to procure a unified power engineering laboratory, comprising of Power Electronics and Electrical Machines Training Systems (the facility). Our aim is to create a unified power engineering laboratory. This new teaching facility is required for Under Graduate and MSc students and will continue to fulfil our Instituted of Engineering Technology (IET) accreditation requirements. This acquisition will include complimentary well-established laboratories educational experimental material which individually provides for the study of electrical machines and energy conversion, for power electronics and electric drives, for power systems, and for fault analysis.
