Tender description
This is notice of the award of the following Framework Agreement: IT Training Services for Development and Training for IT Professionals, and IT Training for users (COTS and training in projects). Lot 1 is to provide learning resources (Development and Training) for ICT Professionals. The Environment Agency has circa 200 ICT Professional staff in Corporate Information Services (CIS). Defra IT staff (currently c260) may use this Framework. Lot 2 is for training on the everyday skills in ICT — Microsoft Office 2013 at different levels and in bespoke systems, usually through projects (systems upgrades and deployments). Initially this contract is to support the ICT requirements of users in the Environment Agency but going forward this framework may be used to support ICT requirements in Defra.
