Oxfordshire County Council (the Council) is undertaking a strategic review of the current drug and alcohol detoxification service in a residential setting and post treatment specialist abstinence based supported accommodation. The Council would like to understand the various options available to deliver the services for service users to achieve and maintain abstinence from drug and/or alcohol dependence.
