Tender description
This procurement is for to establish a framework agreement for provision of Diplomas for existing employees within Childrens, Families and Cultural Services (CFCS) and Adult Social Care and Health and Public Protection (ASCH&PP) departments. The framework will operate with a single provider, i.e. the highest ranking compliant bid resulting from this procurement process. The framework will be accessed by direct award. Contracts will not be formed until individual call-offs are made by the Council, by direct award using the terms and conditions set out in this framework. Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 Diplomas as set out in the specification Keywords: social care diplomas, diplomas, training
