Tender description
To build residential properties for Barnet Homes and Open-door Homes on ‘micro sites’ generally smaller sites. Sites may be batched in the mini tender exercises. Sites predominately within the London Borough of Barnet. Sites as they become available will be subject to a mini tender. To be appointed onto the DPS you need to pass the SQ and the case study and references including attaining a score of 7 out of 10 for one question to be moved onto the DPS approved. Works to build houses/flats.
