Tender description
Acting as the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA), the NTMA, acting on behalf of the Department of Justice and Equality and as agent for the Courts Service gives notice of its intent to procure, through the open procedure, technical advisory services for the development of a New Courts Complex at Hammond Lane (the ‘Project’), as part of the strategic objectives for the planned investment in the Justice sector, as outlined in the Government Capital Plan 2016-21. Please see the Prior Information Notice (PIN) attached to this notice for further information.
