Tender description
This is a voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice. This notice is to indicate that Lothian Health Board intends to contract with Ferryfield House Limited for the continuation of the current service for provision of Facilities Management Services (both Hard and Soft FM). This service has an estimated cost of circa 1 300 000 GBP. The contract date will be October 2017 for a period of up to 10 years with a break clause after 5 years.
