Tender description

The successful bidder will pay to the Council an annual charge for the opportunity to derive revenues from running the Existing AECC and the New AECC. The opportunity is for the winning bidder to provide the following: operate and maintain the Existing AECC from 1.4.2017 to the date on which exhibition and conferences services start to be delivered at the New AECC (the ‘New AECC Start Date’); operate and maintain the New AECC from the New AECC Start Date for a 10 year term; promote the Existing AECC and the New AECC to maximise sponsorship and revenue generating opportunities; participate in the detailed design discussions relating to the New AECC; and support the transition from the Existing AECC to the New AECC.
