Tender description

Lødingen kommune invites tenderers to a competition on a framework agreement for architectural and consultancy engineering services, hereunder project and construction management, in the disciplines of planning, roads, water, sewage and construction. Framework agreements will be signed with 3 tenderers. The framework agreements will have a duration of 4 years. Lødingen kommune plans area use, manages, operates, maintains and develops the municipality's technical infrastructure, roads and municipal buildings. Lødingen kommune needs consultancy services to safeguard these assignments. This primarily comprises strategic and municipal planning, project development, tender and contract preparation, engineering design of building and installation works, and project and construction management. The framework agreement will also apply to services in the specialised areas of Planning [Plan], Architecture [ARK], Consulting Engineering [RI], Construction Management (BL) and Builders Representative (BHO) for assignments in planning, roads, water, sewage and construction.
