Approved Provider List for the provision of Personalised Learning Pathways for Young People with Complex Needs (High Needs Learners) and Community Learning for People aged 19 and over

Tender description

The requirement is to develop a robust, consistent and collaborative approach to the delivery of Personalised Learning Pathways (PLP) for young people with complex needs (High Needs Learners), and Community Learning for people aged 19 and over, via the implementation of an Approved Provider List (APL) consisting of two Lots. More details relating to the proposed services are contained within each of the Lot specifications. The APL will run from 1st July 2015 for a maximum period of four years. Whilst the contract will commence on this date, service delivery will not commence until 1st August 2015. The project has now entered the business as usual stage and therefore Service Providers may submit an application at any point within the contract term. All applications will be reviewed and a response provided by the Contract Manager within 20 working days. There is no guarantee of any allocation of work during the term of the APL. Please note, in accordance with the guidance provided by the Education Funding Agency (EFA) and Skills Funding Agency (SFA), Service Providers must not sub-contract the delivery of funded provision to other organisations or self-employed individuals.
