Element 1 — The contracting authority is seeking bids for an exclusive 15-year contract to manage, promote and exploit the sale of current and future large format outdoor advertising space. Element 2 — There is a secondary stand alone element offered by City Property Glasgow Investments LLP on behalf of the Scottish local authorities listed below — the designated local authorities — to become an supplier for the provision of large format outdoor advertising services for these designated local authorities to draw down on in an ad-hoc basis through the conclusion of the service concession procurement process and the award of a concession contract. The designated local authorities are: East Renfrewshire Council, Inverclyde Council, South Lanarkshire Council, West Dunbartonshire Council. Element 2 — There is also a secondary stand alone element offered by City Property Glasgow Investments LLP on behalf of the Scottish local authorities listed below — the designated local authorities — to become a supplier for the provision of large format outdoor advertising services for these designated local authorities to draw down on in an ad-hoc basis through the conclusion of the service concession procurement process and the award of a concession contract. Any of the bidders that pass the selection process, up to and including Technical and Professional Ability for Element 1 will automatically become a nominated supplier for the provision of large format outdoor advertising services for these designated local authorities, bidders are not required to submit anything additional to this process. Bidders that do become a nominated supplier for the provision of large format outdoor advertising services shall be notified of the same, and the designated local authorities shall be notified of the bidders that passed the selection process. The designated local authorities are: East Renfrewshire Council, Inverclyde Council, South Lanarkshire Council, West Dunbartonshire Council.
