The London Borough of Croydon and other participating Local Authorities of the Insurance London Consortium (ILC) are tendering for the Leasehold Right to buy Property Insurance. The period of cover will be for 5 years for the following London Boroughs; Camden, Croydon, Haringey, Harrow, Islington, Lambeth, Sutton ,Tower Hamlets and Royal Borough of Kingston. he Council reserves the right, subject to the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to change without notice the basis of any part of the procurement process or to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with the award of any contract at any stage of the procurement process.
