Tender description

Stockport Council is implementing an ambitious digital programme to enable and support the wider transformation of its services and ways of working. A wide range of technologies are being implemented to support systems integration and service redesign. The Council has developed digital services and ways of working that the vast majority of residents, and our workforce, will choose to access by preference, and which others will be assisted to use, including full assistance for the most vulnerable and elderly groups. The Digital by Design project is about to embark on a second phase and will reuse the technical capabilities developed in the first phase of platform transformation. As part of this work, the Council is considering options for the possible procurement of technology to assist in the redesign, streamline and automation of processes. We want to hear from suppliers that might be able to help us to achieve our ambitious aims.
