Lot 1 Energy and Carbon Price Risk Management services and facility to purchase EUA in phase 4 of the scheme only. (4.7.1) Lot 2 Supply of gas to energy centre (Appendix 1 and 4.7.2) Lot 3 Supply of gas other (Appendix 2 and 4.7.2) Lot 4 Supply of half hourly metered electricity via 132/11kV Primary Sub Station and other sites (Appendix 3 and 4.7.2).
