Tender description

To use an existing DST that is configured for Highways England; to create a number of scenarios that can be used to determine the effect upon the state of structures assets from; • different investment levels • different condition indicators These scenarios will be used for both the RIS2 business case and for testing and proving the new condition indicator. All data will be taken from the Structures Information Management System (SMIS).
