Tender description

The task will review the matters arising files and Road Safety Audit (RSA) database task quarterly reports to identify any aspects of the current RAD that have generated problems with compliance. As a result of this review, the task will identify those issues raised which warrant change to the content. A line-by-line review of the existing RAD will be undertaken to determine clauses that require updating in order to align the document with the new MDD with recommendations made to resolve non-compliances. c) An updated RAD which meets the requirements of the new MDD will be produced, incorporating any changes deemed necessary from the initial reviews. The revised document must be taken through the strict governance procedures (including Technical Project Board) to gain approval and ultimate sign-off by the Chief Highways Engineers of Highways England and the devolved administrations.
