Tender description
The States of Guernsey through the Policy & Resources Committee is seeking tenders from potential suppliers capable of providing Travel Management Services. The Policy & Resources Committee currently negotiates and manages the provision of Travel Management Company services on behalf of the States of Guernsey. No commitment on behalf of any Committee, Department or site is made without their prior approval. The reasons for travel by the States include attendance at business meetings, training courses, conferences, recruitment road-shows/interviews, and escorted travel. There is also a requirement for Off-Island medical travel for both Inpatient and outpatient attending Hospitals in the UK. Additionally there is a requirement for travel by official visitors to the islands, including consultants, course trainers, staff on short term contracts and new employees locating to the Bailiwick.
