Project Description Swindon Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the Service & Maintenance of Pressure Sets & Water Booster Pump Sets within the Borough of Swindon. The contractor will be required to: • Service Pressure Sets & Water Booster Pump Sets in buildings around the Borough of Swindon. • Produce and complete a maintenance programme for the Pressure Sets & Water Booster Pump Sets. Other Information The evaluation of tenders will be based on 70% total price and 30% quality. Contract Period The contract will be for an initial 1 year period commencing November 2017 with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year. This is a competitive tender and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender. Responses are required to be submitted no later than Friday 15th September 2017, 12.00 GMT by 2 x hardcopy and 1 x electronic copy on memory stick to the address as stated on the relevant Tender Return Label only.
