The requirement is for the maintenance (and some element of supply and installation) of its Security Systems. The Security Systems consist of the following: — Fire Alarms and Disabled Refuge Alarms. — Intruder Alarms. — Access Control (including Fob Access, Car Parking Barrier equipment ,Voice Intercoms and Security Cabinets). — CCTV. Access Control (including Fob access, Car Parking Barrier equipment ,Voice Intercoms and Security Cabinets): Maintenance (and Installation). A single one- stop shop combined Security Systems solution that manages all the elements of the Security Systems (CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms and Disabled Refuge Alarms, Access Control (including Fob access, Car Parking Barrier equipment, Voice Intercoms and Security Cabinets) within a single contractual agreement. Fire Alarms & Disabled Refuge Alarms: Maintenance (and Installation). Intruder Alarms: Maintenance (& Installation). CCTV: Maintenance (& Installation).
