SCC LH Advertising Services for Statutory Notices

Tender description

Surrey County Council (the "Council") currently has a contract in place for the provision of Advertising Services for Statutory Notices, as well as liaising directly with publications. The current contract will expire in October 2017. Through this tender, the Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Provider to deliver a managed service to meet requirements for advertising services identified by the Council. The appointed managed service Provider will be responsible for the co-ordination of advert placement for statutory notices to the Council and any other potential organisations including county, district and borough Councils (the "Buyers"). This will include (but not be limited to) formatting, proof reading and booking of media space. The Provider will act as the single point of contact for the Advertising Services for Statutory Notices requirements.
