Provision of Cleaning Services for Corporate Properties 2018-2021

Cumbria County Council has in place an existing contract for cleaning services at Corporate Properties across the county. The next contract will be published and TUPE will apply. At present there are around 150 properties within the existing contract however this number will reduce over the next four years as the Council continues a programme of consolidation of assets. It is intended that the restricted OJEU process is followed, with selection of tenderers following PQQ submissions. Invitations to tender will follow, with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 6 tenderers being shortlisted to proceed to ITT stage. It is intended to award the contract by February 2018. Recipients are invited to complete the online questionnaire and technical questions and to submit it, together with any requested supporting information, to 'The Chest' by 16.00hours on 9th October 2017. Potential Providers should follow the instructions outlined below when completing this PQQ.
