Tender description

Warrington Borough Council (the Council) requires support and maintenance services for its Avaya VOIP telephony infrastructure commencing 01 December 2017. The Provider shall be capable of supplying: - Avaya hardware and associated software/licences; - Avaya hardware and software support and maintenance (including warranties); - incident support (break/fix); - advice in the operational use of the Council’s Avaya VOIP telephony infrastructure; and - professional and technical services in support and development of the Council’s Avaya VOIP telephony solution. The contract shall be for an initial term of 12 months with the option to extend for another 12 months at the discretion of the Council Keywords: Avaya
