Providing Logistical support for delivering the UK India joint Ease of Doing Business Programme

Tender description

The UK's Prosperity Fund through this project is planning to execute scoping visits and preliminary interactions between HMG and Govt of India on some important areas of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) sector. India and the UK have been exchanging expertise in a range of key areas of the EoDB sector. The success of these exchanges led to the UK and India signing a Memorandum of Understanding on Ease of Doing Business in November 2016. This was followed by the first UK-India Ease of Doing Business conference, held in Delhi in December 2016 with representatives from state and national government in India meeting with experts from UK government departments. This project has been undertaken to ensure continuity of activities that are necessary for stakeholder engagement and momentum of the programme. The following procurement plan provides an outline of the proposed procurement route, timing and an outline of potential opportunity for savings and risks.CPG is seeking comments and ultimately full endorsement of the final version of this procurement plan from all the key stakeholders concerned.
