The Estates Department requires a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Repairs and Maintenance Consultant to support its Estates Capital Programme at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust at both the Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge Hospital sites. The Estates Capital Programme is comprehensive and includes a large number of scheduled maintenance and refurbishments and some smaller reactive works.
