NHS Highland has awarded a Contract for the provision of Telecommunications Systems Maintenance and Support Services. NHS Highland has awarded a Contract for the provision of Telecommunications Systems Maintenance and Support Services. This shall include annual maintenance of all Contractually Maintained Hardware (CMH) and an annual software upgrade for each of the sites. This shall also include the management of Telecom Providers such as BT, Vodafone or others, who provide analogue, ISDN or similar services connecting to the systems.
