Tender description
The London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) and Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group (HCCG) would like to give notification of the forthcoming engagement event regarding the commissioning of a new homecare service for the borough of Hounslow. The new contract will commence late 2018 and will provide basic domiciliary care to the following client groups: 1. Older People, 65+ (non-complex) 2. Young adults with mental and physical disabilities, 18 – 64 (non-complex) 3.
