Tender description

The City invites Quotations for the provision of services for the City of London Corporation’s Housing Revenue Account Retail Premises. The City of London Corporation (COL) is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake a number of rent reviews, lease renewals and the letting of premises in the event that they become vacant across various retail parades on City of London Housing Estates in the City, and Southwark.. The Contract period for this service will be determined by the completion of the tasks identified in the schedule ‘HRA Tenancy Schedule for Outsourcing’. For all events under headings, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 ending no later than 30 June 2019 unless extended by COL but subject to an option (at the discretion of COL but subject to performance) to extend for a period covering events under headings 2019 and 2020. Note that at the discretion of COL some events could either be removed or added to the schedule.
