Tender description
Norfolk County Council has set up a multi-provider framework agreement under the Light Touch Regime for Home Support Services in South Norfolk and Norwich. Norfolk County Council has established a Framework Agreement for the provision of Home Support Services in South Norfolk and Norwich. The Framework Agreement will be used to arrange both individual packages and multiple packages of care. The intention is to work with successful providers to optimise efficiency and reduce travel time wherever possible. The expectation is that successful providers will work collaboratively to facilitate this.
