Tender description

The Occupational Health Service (OHS) is part of the Corporate Services Directorate of the NICS Human Resources within the Department of Finance. It provides occupational health and medical advisory services to Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Departments and Agencies. It is a multi-disciplinary organisation comprising medical, nursing, occupational therapy and administrative staff. To assist with providing advice to NICS Departments and Agencies, OHS requires input from a range of medical specialists. The OHS commissions medical assessments on behalf of:The Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS); The Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA); The Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme; Teachers pensions; and HSC pensions. The current contract ends on 30.9.2017 and OHS are seeking to secure a new contract for the provision of an independent specialist medical assessment service from 1.10.2017.
