Establishment and Management of a Design Review Panel

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the 'Council') is seeking a Contractor to provide services set up a Design Review panel, and manage the delivery of design reviews. The Council requires two related consultancy services for: a) the establishment of the design panel, including selection, appointment and induction of panel members, and development of supporting documentation including the production of terms of reference and all necessary policies to support its successful operation; and b) the management of the operation of the Panel for a period of three years following commencement of the contract, including coordination of meetings, fulfilling the role of secretariat, dealing with the financial operation of the panel, including billing for services, remuneration of Panel members, and managing financial risk associated with the operation of the service.
