The London Borough of Sutton (LBS) contains 6 local committees, 5 of which have decided on the installation of Festive Lights in their district centres during the 2017 festive period and the intention of installing lights over the coming years, thus benefiting from economies of scale afforded by a multi annual contract. The professional installation and removal of festive lighting is an important matter for Sutton's residents, businesses and the local Councillors who represent them. The Council is therefore looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced provider to hire, supply, install, maintain and remove festive lighting in the specified district centres for a period of 5 years, starting in 2017, with 2 break clauses.
