Market Engagement Event. North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group, on behalf of Hampshire 5 CCG's. North Hampshire CCG, West Hampshire CCG, Fareham and Gosport CCG, and South Eastern Hampshire CCG., wish to invite interested providers of Complex Children's Domiciliary Healthcare to an engagement event to be held on the 22nd September 2017 from 10 until 12 noon, in the Eastleigh Southampton area (Venue to be provided on application) This event will be to discuss the service requirements for the Complex Children's Domiciliary Care service. The event will give providers the opportunity to discuss proposals and to comment on the service specification, also hear from the CCG how the services are to be structured for the future. Complex Care will include the provision of a care team and may also include the ordering, maintenance and disposal of specialist equipment, ancillary supplies, prescription management any or all of which may be required by the individual and will be set out in their care plan. The majority of Individuals will have severe complex health. To access information. 1. SoEPS Commissioning Support portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning 2. Click "Register" link on the left-hand side of the page. 3. Enter your correct business and user details. 4. Note the email address and Click "Register My Company" when complete. 5. You will receive an email with your unique password. 6. Login to the portal with the username/password. 7. You will be prompted to change your password on first login. 8. Hover your mouse over the "Tenders" button on the main toolbar and choose the option: o "Current" shows a list of all the advertised opportunities on the system (i.e. open to all) in which you are able to express an interest o "Forthcoming" shows a list of pipeline projects (including those in which providers can still express an interest - i.e. deadlines not yet reached) 9. Click on the "View Details" button for relevant opportunity to access the content, clicking "Express an Interest" where required to do so. 10. Complete the RFI with your delegates names (max 2) and send as a message, you will then be sent the venue detail and added to the list. 11. Read through the specification and come to the event with any questions or relevant comments you may have that will inform the service. Please complete the registration form and provide some feedback on the specification by the 15th September 2017.
