Team Leidos wishes to stimulate interest, information and views across the market to supply the spare parts of the KaVo dental x-ray apparatus paratus dental, Oralix AC 65 LR, Wall Mounted ('97), NSN 6525995736624. To aid your consideration a sample list of our current requirement can be provided on request by E-Mail using the point(s) of contact within this bulletin. Team Leidos is seeking information / views and would be grateful if you could answer the following questions: Company Capabilities — Does your organisation currently distribute these products in the UK? — Are you currently providing these products elsewhere in the Public Sector? (If so please detail where possible). Ordering/Delivery — What is your average lead time? — Do you impose minimum order quantities? If so, why? Product — Can you provide OEM parts? — Where would you hold the stock? The requirement is to supply the spare parts of the Kavo dental x-ray apparatus paratus dental, Oralix AC 65 LR, wall mounted ('97), NSN 6525995736. The spare parts will be delivered directly to military units as and when required. The expected start date for this contract is estimated for February 2018. The likely term of the contract will be for 4 years made up of a 2 + 1 + 1 (2 years fixed with a further 2 optional years).
