Tender description
The British High Commission (BHC), in New Delhi through this project will involve in planning and executing workshops and interactions between BHC and Govt of India (GoI) on Insolvency and Bankruptcy code. The design is to deliver a high quality and an effective event which will also involve liaising across the departments in UK Government and the Govt of India stakeholders . The following procurement plan provides an outline of the proposed procurement route, timing and an outline of potential opportunity for savings and risks.CPG is seeking comments and ultimately full endorsement of the final version of this procurement plan from all the key stakeholders concerned
