Tender description

PfH have combined our current ‘Paint and Associated Products’ framework, with our ‘Decorating Voucher’ framework to conduct one procurement exercise and deliver one Framework, titled ‘Decorative Solutions’. The following minimum requirements of this Lot include but are not limited to: National geographical coverage to supply to a potential 900 plus PfH Members (including those with multiple sites) in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, with the option for delivery of products if elected for by PfH member; The supplier must have a sufficient number of stores located in various regions within the UK which are conveniently accessible to the end-users to provide a nationwide offering; The provision of redeemable decorating solutions such as paper voucher, card, electronic point of sale voucher, magnetic strip card, e-voucher etc. in varying denominations, made available to PfH Members via multiple platforms to subsequently enable end-users (tenants) to purchase decorating products such as paint, wall coverings,paint packs, decorating cleaning materials, decorating tools and equipment and decorating/decorative sundries; The supplier must be able to provide a wide range of decorating products varying in type, colour and quality, offering choice and value suitable for different budgets and environments whilst keeping up to date with current and future trends/needs of the environment; The supplier must be able to restrict the type of products that can be redeemed by the end-user utilising the redeemable decorating solution, upon request and as specified by the PfH Member. Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate lease period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods. It is the intention of PfH to award to five (5) Suppliers on this Lot, although PfH reserve the right but not the obligation to alter this number depending on the Tenders submitted.
