Contract for the Development and Operation of Affordable Extra-Care Housing in Romsey on the former Nightingale Lodge Site.

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Design, Development, Operations (Landlord) and Maintenance of the Nightingale Lodge Extra Care Facility. The council seeks offers and/or proposals for the development of an extra-care (assisted living) housing scheme on a c.0.65 hectare site comprising the former Nightingale Lodge residential home and masters house day centre in accordance with the full planning permission as granted by Test Valley Borough Council (ref 15/01261/FULLS) on 22nd May 2017. The contract will commence on 16th January 2018 and will be for a lease period of 20 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Wednesday 20th September 2017.
