Tender description

Our aim is to establish a highly competitive and flexible Debt Recovery Services framework agreement for member institutions across the Higher Education Purchasing Consortia, located in England, Wales and Scotland. The procurement strategy for this agreement is designed to provide solutions to meet the requirements of the Member Institutions' debt profiles and type of debtors (mostly students). We are looking for suppliers who will be able to recover as many costs as possible in the current economic climate, given the changes in funding of Higher Education institutions and the increase in student fees. The service should be flexible enough to cover the types of consumer debt recovery services required by cultural interest organisations and local authorities. The framework agreement also seeks to address the increasing need for international debt recovery services.
