Queen's University Belfast provides a bed and breakfast service at its Elms Village Accommodation Complex, (Malone Road, Belfast) over the summer months to a number of summer schools, conferences, groups and independent travellers. Queen's Accommodation requires an experienced catering provider to supply provisions, prepare, cook and serve a continental breakfast and hot full breakfast for Queen's Accommodation patrons during this period. In 2017, this period will run from 15.6.2017 — 2.9.2017. Queen's University Belfast provides a bed and breakfast service at its Elms Village Accommodation Complex, (Malone Road, Belfast) over the summer months to a number of summer schools, conferences, groups and independent travellers. Queen's Accommodation requires an experienced catering provider to supply provisions, prepare, cook and serve a continental breakfast and hot full breakfast for Queen's Accommodation patrons during this period. In 2017, this period will run from 15.6.2017 — 2.9.2017. The style of service required is that of a tray cafeteria operation, where customers help themselves to continental breakfast items and are served hot items. Breakfast is served at the Treehouse Social Space located on the Elms Village site from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 — 10:00. Onsite catering equipment, which is currently in situ, will be available to the selected provider. An asset list is provided as part of the tender documentation. This contract shall be for an initial period of 3 years.
