Canteen and catering services

Tender description

The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint a suitable party (the Catering Operator) to operate three (3) facilities at the National Sports Campus (NSC) and to provide a full suite of catering services. The Services will be provided at the following three facilities: — The National Aquatic Centre (NAC); — Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena (NIA); — The National Indoor Gymnastics Training Centre (NIGTC). All of which are located at the National Sports Campus Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, Ireland. On conclusion of the PQQ stage of the Competition, the Contracting Authority shall open a dialogue with the short-listed Candidates. The purpose of the dialogue stage, will be to identify the solution or solutions that best meet the Contracting Authority's requirements. The dialogue may be conducted in a number of different stages.
