A 2 day practical Working in an Animal Environment, which will help young people to understand the requirements of the sector and support them to determine whether this is the career path, they want to follow. During the 2 days, participants will be given the opportunity to explore a variety of aspects of animal care including the health and wellbeing of animals, feeding, watering, cleaning out, grooming and health checking. This should be in the form of both theoretical and practical activities.
