Tender description
In line with the Evaluation Plan for the Interreg VA Programme, the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) seeks to appoint a service provider to carry out, an impact evaluation of Investment Priority 4; Health and Social Care. This contract will be managed by the Managing Authority (MA) in the SEUPB, on behalf of the Evaluation Steering Group for the Programme.
